Bombon Bread

A fast, uncomplicated recipe that can be put together according to your taste!

Cooking Time: 2 hours

Medium Strength Flour 1,000 grams

Water 600 centiliters

Salt 20 grams

Sugar 40 grams

Vegetable Margarine 80 grams

Milk powder 20 grams

Yeast 30 grams

Preparation

Knead intensely until a good kneading is achieved, ensuring that the temperature does not exceed 25ºC. Rest the entire dough for 15 minutes.

Divide into pieces of 350 grams. Bolear and rest the ball 15 minutes more.

Form bars 60 or 70 cm long.

Then and before fermenting, give 3 or 4 cuts.

Ferment for 1 hour and a half at 30ºC and 75% humidity. Bake with a lot of steam.

If you are using the bread machine, put all the ingredients of the dough together and program the mass cycle. At the end of the cycle, go to the floured table; press with the knuckles to eliminate excess air, rest and stretch, following the recipe as explained
